Enforcer V37.72 is now available from the Enforcer web page:

Also available now:  Viewable source code to Enforcer and its tools.

Yes, the source code is viewable at this same site.

(You can register Enforcer and get an archive of the source code
plus makefile, object files, etc. so you can build Enforcer.)
