G'day all,
  I'm sorry if this is considered to be off topic for this mailing list,
but I
feel
everyone should know, and consequently vote, in The Box Wishlist on the
Newtekniques webpage.
  Basically by voting, you can potentially help the chances of Lightwave
being
updated for the Amiga.  This would allow a PPC and graphic card aware,
version
of the program to be developed.

and browse the suggestions and then place your vote.  If you just want
to vote,
the following suggestion numbers can be used:

Vote 1:
#G0008 - This requests that a modern version of Lightwave is developed
for the amiga (using PPC and gfx cards).

Vote 2:
#L0053 - This allows animated previews to be saved from Lightwave Layout
(important, as the current version doesn't display previews if you have
a gfx card, and you can't save them if you are using the stand-alone
version of LW).

Vote 3:
#L0133 - This isn't really an amiga related suggestion, but can improve
the speed of test derings by controlling the global render settings of
the program.
