Ahoj lidi, nedavno se vyskytli nejaky famy o tom, jestli se jeste vyrabjeji
MC68040, takze tady je nejaky info, ktery jsem dostal od Motoroly.

we received your request via WWW.

1. the external clock is doubled internaly in the MC68040 and 68060
2. there is no way to directy upgrade your system as the MC68040 and
68060
are not pincompatibel
3. The MC68060s data transfer from/to memory is quicker than with the
68040
4. Motorola is still making MC680x0 processors
5. Literature: we have changed the way we distribute literature.
You can find nearly every kind like datasheets, databooks, application
notes
 etc. on the internet for download. You can also find an ordersheet for
 literature on the WEB. If you order literature we have to charge you.
6. Sorry, we do not have an answer for you yet, but we try to find the
right contact person.

Mimochodem, 680x0 znamena i 68000. To jenom mimochodem, aby nevznikly nejaky
nejasnosti.
